i like that its near the grosvenor casino just a few steps and i am there its very convenient i don t have to order taxi to take me to my hotel so it saves me time and money as taxi cost £15 to the hotel and £15 back to casino that is £30 per day , so i might as well pay a little more for piece of mind

Stayed for one night as we were attending a concert at the arena which is literally next door. Excellent location and piles of parking. As we were checking in we were lucky enough to be stood next to the artiste we were seeing that night, what a wonderful start to our weekend away!!!! When we got to our room we had the most amazing view of the football ground which made my footie mad hubby very happy!! Excellent room, spacious and clean. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice. The hotel was very clean and every member of staff we encountered were so polite and helpful. I hope I get to stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast was perfect. But on our second day the morning staff made us wait for so long claiming we weren't on the list. This happened on the first day as well but the lady on shift got it sorted pretty quick. The gentleman on the other hand made us feel like we were begging for what we've already paid for. It was not a nice experience.

The staff were amazing and special mention to Sam. What an absolute legend and truly beautiful person. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. As was the ‘cutlery trolly man’ I didn’t get his name, but he carried my bags when he could see I was struggling. I was quite poorly on arrival and Sam stayed with me until she was sure I was ok. All of the staff were just amazing.

The location of the property as it’s on site and we had to walk through the building as the arena is attached to the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent plenty of choice for every taste.

Lovely spacious room. Everything you might need was provided. Staff polite, courteous and helpful. Breakfast fresh with an amazing choice.

Excellent hotel - friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Rooms comfortable and modern and some even have view out into the stadium if football is your thing. Good location off the M6 so good for a stop off hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of option.

When we checked in we decided not to have breakfast but asked if we had the option of paying on the day. We were told this was ok, no times were given but in the correspondence prior to our visit times were on there. On Saturday morning we decided to have breakfast. We arrived 20 seconds after 10.30 and told it was closed due to it being a match day. We weren’t told this when discussing breakfast the previous day and it didn’t say anything in hotel messages. Very disappointing given we got there at 10.30. This needs to be made clearer.

Stayed for the football. Car park adjacent to the hotel, pay at reception. Queen room, wow, the size of it was great, clean, nicely decorated, massive tv, comfy bed, iron and ironing board, good hairdryer, safety deposit box, tea and coffee. Bathroom was huge, shower was awesome. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion all available to use. Bath towels were big. Hardly any noise heard from other people. Will definately stay again. Taxis outside ready to take you to city centre.

Reception staff were wonderful and breakfast greeter was so helpful and friendly so we will be back.
